Information we collect
When you contact us or request service, we collect information you provide, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, delivery address, order details, support messages and communication consent choices. Payment processing is handled through payment providers. Do not send full card details by text.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to requests, confirm and fulfill accepted orders, coordinate deliveries, handle billing, maintain records and provide customer support. Promotional text messages require a separate optional marketing opt-in. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in marketing texts.
Information sharing
We may provide information to service providers only as needed to operate our customer management, communications, payments and delivery services, or as legally required. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except aggregators and providers of text message services as necessary to deliver those services. We do not sell SMS consent.
Your communication choices
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Transactional and marketing consent are separate. Reply STOP to stop text messages or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can request service by calling (202) 823-2233.
Data protection and retention
We use reasonable safeguards and retain information for business operations, recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Requests and questions
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information or to change communication preferences, subject to applicable law and recordkeeping obligations.
