The Discount Ice SMS program
You may separately choose to receive transactional text messages about ice orders, delivery coordination, billing and customer support, or marketing text messages about offers and reorder reminders. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Your choices
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Transactional and marketing consent are requested through separate unchecked boxes. Providing your phone number or submitting a service request alone does not authorize promotional texts. You may place orders by calling (202) 823-2233.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with order activity and the categories you select. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider about your plan.
Stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of text messages. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. To resubscribe, provide a new explicit opt-in through our form or contact support for instructions.
